Returns Policy

1. Goods delivered faulty, will be replaced free of charge by the company. Email:faultydelivery@woodenflooringsales.com
2. Goods incorrectly delivered by the company will be returned free of charge.
3. Goods returned correctly ordered will be charged at 25% of invoice value!
4. Returned goods must be returned in a saleable condition, and all transport costs are to be charged to the customer returning the goods.
5. Cancelled order and goods returned in a saleable condition 7 days from the date order payment. Returned goods must be returned in a saleable condition, and all transport costs are to be charged to the customer returning the goods. 25% of the total invoice value will be charged.
6. Goods over ordered by customer, due to the customer supplying incorrect measuements in the first place ,then returning the goods. The customer is responsible for returning the goods in a saleable condition,to our depot goods was originally delivered from. The customer being responsible for all transport costs. A restocking charge of 50% of the goods total value will apply once goods have been accepted back in a saleable condition.
